Life's too interesting to pick a niche

Things get worse and worse. Keith makes so much trouble. It’s obvious to Isaiah, Wes, and David that he’s out to get me. Yesterday, the tip jar was empty and none of us had gotten tips for several days. I asked Keith where they were and it turned into a yelling argument between Keith and Isaiah. Today, Filip was here and we tried to talk to him. Again, it turned into a yelling match with Isaiah in the middle. He’ll stand up to anybody, but I think he doesn’t have to yell so much and he says things I think he shouldn’t. I’m swimming with my eyes shut. I wish we could get along, but Keith’s a jerk. I don’t want to be walked over. One problem is that I’m willing to help him, but only in ways that don’t involve me working with him because he gets mad at me when stuff gets messed up because we can’t understand his tickets. Filip said that my attitude towards him is a polite way of telling him to f* himself. But from what I understand, the problem he keeps describing is that I don’t seek him out to talk to him. If he has something to talk to me about concerning work, he can call me on the radio or have someone tell me he needs to see me. If It’s on a personal level, we can’t all like each other. I wish the best for Keith because his attitude is ruining his life. He doesn’t see it and so has no desire for change. I know part of this is my fault; I’m not perfect. I just don’t know what to change. I’m unhappy and stressed. Maybe it’s unnecessary pride, but I won’t give them the pleasure of seeing me quit. I want out! Melt, snow, melt! *I didn’t have many photos from December-February, so the title “photo” is an AI-generated image from Canva.
